Founded by North Cady, a nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience both stateside and overseas, Trailhead exists to help small and rural nonprofits harness the power of AI without losing the heart of their mission. Whether it's crafting stronger grant proposals, measuring impact with clarity, or streamlining operations, we specialize in ethical, human-centered tech solutions that uplift—not overwhelm.
The idea for Trailhead was born in 2024, when North realized just how fulfilling it is to serve the servants—to come alongside those already doing the hard, holy work of loving their communities. By combining expertise in data-driven decision-making, program evaluation, and AI-enhanced grant writing, North created Trailhead as a place where nonprofits could get the practical support they need with the pastoral care they deserve.
